"Everything about this class was extremely helpful and useful. The discussion group is a wonderful way to get great feedback from other parents and the instructors. I really enjoy the live sessions which allowed more back and forth discussion. This class gave me so many more useful techniques to help my children grow and develop while maintaining respectful discipline strategies. I have the handouts all over my kitchen and bathroom!"

Parents, do you believe your kids won’t act the way you want them to unless you use punishments to force them into some sort of obedience… or do the opposite by promising rewards for good behavior?

Are you searching for new ideas to end the cycle of arguing, negotiating, punishing and dangling carrots?

PEP's Redefining Discipline: A No Gimmicks Guide to Raising Responsible, Respectful Kids will help you find new harmony, cooperation and connection in your family.

This 30-day class teaches a different perspective on problematic situations and behavior. It's a time-tested, proven approach that builds relationships with more joy and less friction… and leads to a lot of personal growth for your child.

Discover a new coaching role with your children and help guide them on a path to self-discipline.

Redefining Discipline builds on the principles and strategies covered by the Encouragement: Building Your Child's Confidence from the Inside Out online class. It is designed for parents of preschoolers through teens.
