Growing Responsible Adults

For parents of children ages 12 and up

Children don’t turn into adults overnight. The process starts long before high school graduation. How do we meet the needs of our ever-changing children while also looking ahead to launching them into adulthood?

In this webinar, you will gain an understanding of your teen’s development and the brain science behind it, and learn how you can effectively and gradually help prepare them for the world beyond home. This webinar will help you prepare your teen for independence socially, emotionally, financially, environmentally, and beyond.

In this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • understand adolescent brain development
  • change your job description from “Manager” to “Consultant”
  • help your child build on the soft and hard skills they will need in the real world
  • remain flexible and maintain your relationship through it all

Your enrollment includes access to the video recording, an audio version that you can listen to podcast-style, and handouts.

"I enjoyed the program. I really liked hearing the strategies and then a real life scenario that actually pertained to me and how to step-by-step use the strategy to solve the problem."

"I liked it! It's not always easy to attend classes in-person, so the online class is very convenient and conducive for both parents to participate."
